US Cellular upgraded my S5 about a week ago. I have had none of the problems mentioned on any of the forums, so far. ;-)

It turns your Android into a WIFI Hotspot.

Verizon charges for WIFI Hotspot on their phones. This software bypasses that. It's great when you have unlimited data plan.

Got my GS5 two days ago and updated to lolipop yesterday. Took about an hour. The upgrade went flawlessly. No problems at all so far.
