S4 display issue

I am having a weird issue with my S4, see the video below.

The screen has a crack.

Can you help diagnose the issue ?

Welcome to the forum

You probably should try to find a shop that does phone repair. They may have access your digitizers/screens. The crack in the screen is definitely the problem.

You may have cracked the digitizer as well. The phone is 3 years old, I would think about replacing it it with the S6.
