S voice

I have had this phone for 3 days and it still will not wake up or understand what I say. Verizon said it will learn - when and how:angry:

Did you try changing from Google to Samsung powered by Vlingo in the Settings feature under Language and input under "Speech" under "Voice recognizer"? Also, click on the help function to guide you on what commands to say. I tried this and it started receognizing my voice commands.

Thanks for the help. I also went back to Verizon and a knowledgeable man helped to change some setting. Seems to be much better. Thanks
