Rooted Razr system update failure

So here is the scoop. I downloaded RSD Lite 5.6. I downloaded Fastboot. All was well until I got a fail to flash. I was stuck in AP boot for a few minutes, got it booted back to normal, and even thought it said it failed, my custom start up screen is gone, and so is my superuse app, which was saved as a system/app, so I couldn't uninstall. So I'm going to assume all went well. I'm gonna factory reset after my phone chargers a little because it wont reset until battery life is above 25%. I'm factory reset because it was instructed, and I do as I'm told.

So I have an interesting problem. My phone has attempted to do factory reset twice. It goes back to the AP boot mode screen.. I cannot factory reset to finish the process that appears to have worked, but says failed. Any help out there guys? It'd be awesome!
