I've been rooted to FRG22 for a few weeks now, but when I woke up this morning I had the system update pop up. I've never had to deal with this before, but not matter what I do, it keeps asking me to update to 2.2. How can I get rid of this?

I'm in the same boat. Woke up this morning and it keeps telling me I need to update to the new Froyo 2.2 which I've had for at least a month now. There is no option to not update so if anyone has a fix for this it would be greatly appreciated.

If your rooted do the update, right after it starts you should see a ! is in the triangle just reboot the phone and it should stop. Bugless Beast roms have a StopOTA patch (I installed in other rom to test) that will also stop the updates. I have tested both ways and no longer get updates.
