A quick question. I downloaded the slayher LFY SLV1.0 kernel, is it really SLV? Is it any different than the reg slayher kernel?

with the EVO rom, this is the BEST rom i have run on the device. still getting some redraws even after enabling compcache, and doing the data/local.prop thing. not sure if this is something that you can fix on the next release or not but i would be nice to rid of this problem once and for all.

on the talk of the EVO theme. i thought i downloaded the transparent notification bar, but it is not transparent at all.

anyway, i would love to see the more recent and up to date apps from the market so we dont have to worry about deleting and downloading...so gmaps, g search, car home,youtube and facebook would all be awesome. then have them able to update from the market.

Loving Project Elite

Just wanted to say I've tried several ROM's on my Droid and for some reason have always found them slow after a few weeks. Project Elite has been noticeably faster from the start and stayed that way. None of the halting I would get with scrolling or screen opening that I had gotten used to. And I was a few steps away from giving up on Android altogether. Thanks. Came from UD 2.5 and have found that PE is a faster ROM. However I am having an issue with camera. It is very slow to come up and much slower to exit out of the program. Any ideas

Are you using v4.2 or actually using v2? Try checking out the newest release Project Elite v4.2 : http://www.droidforums.net/forum/ac...te-4-2-source-frg83d-w-gingerbread-parts.html : If your camera is still acting up I would recommend posting any questions in that thread as well, because this thread is home of an older release of the ROM.

I am using the current ROM. I did a complete wipe and installed the ROM again following the directions on PE website. What can I say WOW. No problems so far the best ROM i have used.
