[Themed ROM] Bugless Beast Froyo v.01 - NexTheme

cap201006101912.jpg

This is simply the BB Froyo rom NexThemed. Basically it is the BB rom with the theme from NexFro by Fabolous. I've seen a bunch of people asking for it so I decided to put it together. All credit to Fabolous and Pete and the devs who contributed to THEIR roms.

I wiped data and cache before installing. you should be able to install this over any frf57 rom without having to wipe data and cache, but i would back up just in case. This is an update.zip

wifi and market worked for me.

i added back in the facebook app and maybe a couple more stock apps, no vvm or amazon mp3.

you could try and do the update.zip without wiping, but it hasnt been tested and i don't know what would happen. you should backup first.

Just an FYI: I installed this off of my SD card after I already had "vanilla" Bugless Beast Froyo (via Rom Manager) and everything seems OK so far. No wiping was necessary. YMMV.

Dock modes appear to be broken. :( It doesn't work in my desk dock. I haven't checked my car dock yet (I'm a lazy bastard.)

Probably not a big deal for most, but I use both docks all the time.

So far no issues for me (of course now that I posted this...). Works as advertised. Great job, thank you.

One question though, Launcherpro had an update today but it says "installation unsucessful" is that because it is in system? Would I have to remove it, update then put it back in the system? Not a big deal really.

Is anybody having trouble getting Maps to update? Do you use the same fix that was posted for the first leaked build of Froyo?
