With the way the up-and-down rumors have been flying regarding the U.S. version of the Galaxy SIV getting the Exynos 5 Octa-core or not, we can't help but feel dizzy, frustrated and nauseated. First we hear that all versions will get the Exynos 5 Octa-core, then we hear that the international version will get it but the US version will get the Snapdragon 600, then we hear they will all get the Snapdragon 600, and then we hear the reverse.

And now? Now we know what it feels like to date a bi-polar crack addict. It's a ride we can't wait to be over. Luckily, we will know the truth tomorrow, but in the mean-time, the latest supposed "confirmation" comes from a pretty reputable source. Bloomberg reports that the U.S. version of the Samsung Galaxy S4 will indeed get the Qualcomm Snapdragon 600 processor and the International version will receive the Exynos 5 Octa-core. The problem apparently still stems from the LTE radio. The Exynos 5 Octa-core plays better with HSPA+ networks, whereas the LTE heavy networks of the U.S. make the Qualcomm chip with integrated LTE a better option.

That's not all either. Their report also indicates the now famous eye-scrolling feature we have heard so much about will not be offered in the initial batch of the SGS4. Supposedly, Samsung is working on eye-tracking features, but they will show up in future devices.

Finally, there was one bit of bright news from the Bloomberg report. They confirmed the SGS4 will come with a 13MP camera. Perhaps that's some small bit of consolation. As always... feel free to disregard this info entirely. We don't know anything for sure, and neither does Bloomberg. Tomorrow cannot come fast enough!
