Ringtones

I know this has been addressed already on here because I saw the topic. But I didn't want to hijack that thread for my own issues. I resent two ringtones I bought from VW to the phone. They came in text form. I can't save them. I saw to hook up the DI to the computer and do it somewhere like that. I have done that and I can't see the phone on my computer. I am sure once I get to know this stuff, I will enjoy the phone. But right now I am tired and just want to get something to work. It's pure operator error I am sure. Help?
