Ringer not loud problem

I have my ringer turned all the way up but it won't get above a quiet whisper. Anyone have an idea of what I may have done to half the ringer volume?

I had this problem today... and now it's working again. I've been going through all the settings, so I guess I changed something, though I don't know what did it.
