Replacement Dialer for LDX15 test build

This will fix the issue of no calls logging in the dialer...
just download this file and use root explorer or similar app to replace dialer in system/app folder if you use root explorer remember to fix the permissions otherwise just drop and replace whats in the test build zip system/app folder using 7zip or other windows file manager and reflash it will fix permissions for you...
