Removing a Favorite1 from the cardock app

Newbie here

I set a contact in Favorite#1 of the cardock application...I cannot remove it or do not know how?? I am sure its probably something simple..Any help would be appreciated..

Does anyone know how to delete a name from Favorite#1 in the cardock app for calling??? Someone must have sum input..Thanks

Deleting favorites.

Here's how you do it, but it's kind of a kludge.

From the home screen, not the cardock screen, got to settings, go to applications, go to manage applications, select the "all" tab at the top, go to cardock, select clear data. This resets cardock to how it was when you first used it. It clears all favorites, not just one.
