Remotely Connect To Droid Phones

Hello, we have currently implemented 20+ droid phones into our company network. I was wondering if there's any software out there that would allow me to remotely connect to our droid phones from my pc. This way any issues they might be having we could fix without having to go touch the phone.

Also, is there any software out there that would allow me to control aspects of the phone like we did with our BES Blackberry server? I'd like the ability to wipe / locate / install / etc.

As far as I know, no. My work (IT company) won't go with Droids, they stick with VZW windows operating system phones or BB. I could be wrong..

Yea we currently use BB and our own BES server. Works great and I love the capability of controlling every aspect of our phones. BUT, management wanted droids for our all sales staff and now I get the "I dont know how to make this work" and you know how it is if you could just jump on there and fix it you'd save hours.
