reliable brand for memory card?

I've used A-Data with good results, but in my opinion, these are commodity purchases, which is to say one card is likely as good as another as long as they match capacity and class (the higher the class the faster the speed). All the brands fail now and then, so I'd suggest just buying the cheapest one that meets your criteria, and purchasing it from a source like Amazon that allows free returns if it's DOA.
