Recovery mode?

Okay... I rooted my phone (for the second time... the first time it crashed and burned hardcore and I had to reset it). This time however, I want to make sure that I back my phone up so that if it crashes I dont have to reset it. Now, when I do the hold x thing when powering up, it gives me four options. Reboot system now, apply sdcard:update.zip, wipe data/factory reset, and wipe cache partition. I want to make the nandroid backup but it isnt an option (and yes, my room is rooted). At the bottom of the screen in yellow it says "E:Can't open /cache/recovery/command. Can someone please help me?

At the top of rm is an option to "flash clockworkmod recovery". Hit that. If that dont work there is an option further down to "flash alternate recovery".
