Recommended Apps

Hi guys and gals!!!

I got a couple new Droids that will be here Friday and would like to know what some of the must have apps are. One of the main ones I would be using is a good weather app with radar, weather alerts and a home screen temp display. We use blackberry messenger a lot so we will also need something to replace that with. Mapping would also be something I would use a lot.

Do apps load to the Droid OTA?

I'm coming from a blackberry so anything that will help make the switch a little easier on me would be of much help. I'm sure I'll have many more questions in the days to come IF I don't find them in the search.
