recognizes and plays music then wont

recently put on some music files onto the droid (all of them are m4a files). they will play without a problem until droid decides to not play the file. any suggestions why this might be happening?

i am still very new to the droid and this site, and am kinda searching for the same thing. i discovered with mine, it won't read the sd card while charging, and i am lookin for an answer to why it does that. could this be your problem?
