I just got my Droid a week ago,and when trying to open gif files, they open like regular jpeg files, no movement, how to have them open correctly ???
also, I recorded a video and when I tried to send to a co-worker, it wouldn't send, my old enV (1) had no problem sending video, why would the Droid ???

Did you change your recording settings? Open your video camera and check the settings, there is a high setting for saving to card, and a low setting for mms. Even at 15 seconds, if it's on high it's too large to go out over mms.
