re boot issues

I have notices 2 things. When i install an app that has a widget, i have to restart my phone for it to show up. Then when i restart my phone google books and google movies shows back up even though i have them disabled. Any one else having this problem?

I have same problem, are you rooted? I'm stock

I am rooted and Play Books and Play Movies reappear after a reboot, even though I have them frozen with Titanium Backup ... I have emailed TB support but haven't gotten an answer from them.
