Razr HD email Question

I don't know why but I seem to be having a mental block and have been unable to find the solution online. My boss just got a new Razr HD. I synced his email for him. When he goes to view a message, he is only getting the header information. Even if the email has one word like Hi, he has to press the get the full message button..... My Razr used to do that but no longer does. I have it set to download all and to auto download attachments when connected to wifi.. What am I missing guys/girls?

Just in case someone else runs into this issue.... 20KB which is the default obviously is not enough, which is why I changed it to All. Apparently on the particular Razr HD all does not work. Choosing any of the options above 20 allowed the emails to come through without having to press get full message.
