I know theres already a thread in this forum about the SAR rating, but I didnt want to necropost and I have no clue what a SAR rating is or means. Nevertheless, whats the deal with these radiation levels, should I be concerned and what can I do about it? I read on another forum to keep it one inch away from my body at all times, how in the World is that possible?

Good luck finding a smart phone that's not at the top of the cell phone radiation chart.

Best way to limit the radiation consequenses is to keep the phone away from your body when it's transmitting, i.e. use a bluetooth headset for talking.
