Quick question about an app on this theme (picture)

The app in the first picture underneath the sun, looks like a bunch of dongles connected into one. Anyone know what it's called or where I can get it?

It's a themed version of the power control widget that comes stock on droid. Just long press on your home screen, select widget, then power control.
