Quick Launch Button

Long press the back key...that enables / disables the onscreen tab. If you want to disable completely - there is a setting in system setting to disable / enable completely.

Maybe I'm misunderstanding. Long press back key doesn't seem to take me there and I can't find the setting you mentioned. Any further help would be great.

If it's what I'm thinking, try going into settings>display. Uncheck multi window. Hope this helps.

Correction to previous post : settings > motion > quick glance. Uncheck. That will disable it! :-)

I have never gotten quick launch to work and it is set to ON. I can't figure out why it does not work. Any suggestions??

If quick view is on, the phone must be laying flat. Wave your hand over the phone pretty closely. The display will come on after a several second delay and display the screen for only a few seconds.

It only stays on for about 2 seconds. The first time I noticed quick glance on my phone it was in the middle of the night while I was reaching for the phone and it freaked me out. Lol
