I just got a Droid 2. As you can see from my handle, I am that. Not real good with technology, I got this thing for my growing business.
The main question I have is I noticed when I'm talking with someone on the phone, if I try and browse the web or navigate while the call is taking place, it takes FOREVER to load the info. I am not really happy about it as that is one of the main reasons I got a smart phone. If this is just the way it is, I may go back and get the iPhone.

Its like that with all 3g phones from my understanding. Besides, why are you trying to surf while talking anyways, say what's needed then hangup and surf imo.

D2 works on the CDMA network. It cannot call and use the web at the same time unless you are connected to wifi.

Only att and t mobile can do simultaneous data and talking. Gsm networks. UNLESS, you have the thunderbolt.

You can always root your phone and overclock for faster processing and get free wifi tethering!

I don't know man. I never messed with my settings. I'm always connected to my wifi and make and receive calls. Can anyone shed light on this?
