You can solve this with QR Droid, search for it in Android Market:

I don't really use qr scanners anymore but there are a couple on the market. Bar code scanner is one. You just use your camera to scan a qr or bar code and the contained info will pop up.

Google goggles is a nice app where you can search products using images. I believe it also has a qr function.
