Purchased apps

Hello, I purchased a bunch of applications from market place. What I want to know is, when I get a new android phone will I have problems installing all my purchased appear on new phone? Do I have to go through contacting the app developers and google to get permission to install the apps to my new phone?

When you get a new phone if you set it up with the same Gmail account, the paid apps should appear as paid in the marketplace.

You can even have the app installed in multiple places at the same time (e.g. phone and tablet) as long as you use the same gmail account.
