Greetings and salutations. You will find that under User CP(4th black button from left), then Edit Avatar( Settings & Options on left column.)

Ahhh..
I guess I'm the only dumb one who just can't do it..

I tried it multiple times, but keep getting

"unable to save image"

any help plz??
