Mine:

the dialer times out and won't work (can't call anyone)

home++ force closing

text for text messages don't show sometimes - have to use physical keyboard to complete text (i'm using handcent)

factory reset and re-install everything, if you still have problems take it back whether it be with the thirty days or manufacturer warranty
