Problem with saving pictures

I cant figure out how to save a picture sent to me in a text it says copy attached to sd card it doesn't say save sorry i just got the phone sorry.

It is telling you that it is copying (saving) the attached (picture) to the SD card

Just choose that and it will appear in your gallery.

I had this issue as well saving a picture from Handcent - try turning your phone off and then on again. When I rebooted my phone, my picture apeared in the gallery..
