Wife was complaining about her phone going blank when making or receiving a call. turns out that the plastic snap-on case I got for her seems to block the sensor that detects if the phone is against your head, and turns off the screen.
I can tell it's near the upper left of the phone, but really can't see a sensor like you can see the green LED on the right if you look closely.
Any ideas if I can put a hole in the case somewhere, or you just can't have a hard-case.
