Check out AirPainter from the Market. It retrieves your GPS coordinates and allows you to write a message in the air for other s to see. Other users running the app see where you left the message and can view it through the app. Kinda like augmented graffiti.

I was going to give it a shot but I see someone complaining about getting spammed after he supplied his email address.

I haven't seen an increase in spam. Anyway, you don't have to provide your email. Just leave it anonymous and you can still use it.
