Premiun Suite Let diwn

I was really looking forward to Premium Suite when I upgraded to JB 4.1.2 so utilize the PS. I have Verizon and they let me down. Is there a way to still get Premium Suite?

4.2 is Premium Suite. 4.1.2 is just some updates.
I would not look for 4.2/Premium Suite well after galaxy 4 comes out
