Power saver feature on my beautiful HTC

Can anyone tell me if there is a disadvantage in always keeping the power saver setting turned on? [emoji52]

They usually just power things down to lower voltages, and allows down the performance of your device. It should not hurt anything! But, I get 12 hours off of normal settings on my device. Usually either your always on it...our something is not right. Why do you wish to leave it on all the time is the real question!?!

Well I brought it second hand and hammered it a bit because its so much better then my last phone, but now the battery seems to go down quite quick. Im recharging twice a day from 30%ish . Thanks BTW.

I'm down to16% now will have to plug in.

No problem!! You might wanna think about reprogramming it using an RUU and if that doesn't help then a new battery may be in order.

Ok well 16% should last an hour of solid usage! If not, then try and keep turning off phone once dead an completely discharge, then charge again with phone off

You might be able to fix yours...It just takes time! I like to rule out software first

Trust me...just keep trying to turn on the device till the screen won't turn on anymore...then charge

It is a full program from HTC to reflash a device to complete stock settings using a computer and USB cord.

Have run my phone right down to dead. 're charge took about 3/4 hrs. Hoping this does the job. Many thanks.

It should take an hour or so to charge...let me know if you want to restore and repair the software, glad to help you out
