Potential New Droid Owner

I'm not sure if this is the right forum, but I am considering trading in my storm 2 for a Droid. I was wondering if anyone can help me with some questions.
Currently, I have exchange server in my office. Will my email be instant? Will my calendar and my contacts sync automatically?

I have read that email with attachments can not be forwarded. Is this true for email on exchange server?

I also read that appointments cant be accepted on the droid. Is this true for for appointments sent via exchange server?

I just tried to foward an email with an excel attachement and it doesnt forward attachments. WTF. This is nutz! How do we fix this?

Nobody else has this problem? Anyone else using this with a corporate exchange server? Is there a way to forward emails / and their attachments using the email app?

What would stop it from forwarding?
