Possible to have folder holding changing pics for picture frame?

I'd like to somehow get about 30-40 .jpg files into a folder that the picture frame can display in a slideshow fashion on one of my screens, is this at all possible?

Ive wanted this as soon as i found the picture frame option... Thought i was the only one.
