Hi guys...
Trying to root Motorola Milestone 2.1 with no success. Really frustrating...

I am doing all as i should - cant get it done. I dont need another guide on how to root, went over it a lot of times, made sure i am doing all as needed...

- My drivers are up to date
- Made sure sdcard is mounted
- Swiched phone off
- Opened RSD lite 4.6 as administrator
- Phone on bootloader
- Opened SPRecovery with RSD - Clicked start - Failed....

Thats what i'm getting:
"Failed flashing process. Phone(0000): Phone is not compatible with multi-interface super-file.(0x703B) phone is connected"

Any ideas?
Please help, thanks a lot!

Being that its similar to the droid. Make sure your files are correct and retry.

Yaba it would probably help if you posted in the correct areas. This really doesn't belong in the general discussion area, rather in the Help Squad or in Hacking Help.

Posting in the correct areas will prevent us from having to move your post (like I will do with this one) and get you better assistance. I'm glad you were able to get some help, I'm going to move this to the rescue squad area now.

Hi Bill :)
Thanks for your suggestion, i appreciate it.
The thing is that i posted it in the right areas before and i got no answers....
At the end i posted it here because that is the most viewed area and i figured that someone will answer me at end.... (as happened).
Cheers
