I was sent a recertified Droid 3 in August to replace one that stopped working. I am now on to my 4th D3. This one I have to fight with to get the screen to switch to landscape when held sideways. I worked with a verizon tech over the phone last evening who had me factory reset the phone. This has not solved the problem. Does anyone have a suggestion? Thank you.
