phone resetting intermittendly all day and all night

i just did a manufactureres swap with verizon on my droid x2 because it poweres down and resets 24/7 even when my alarm snooze was hit? now i got the new phone and it is doing the same thing anyone know whats up?

When my Droid X did this it was the micro SD. My DX seems to eat memory cards. My daughter now uses it for gaming. It still eats memory cards. Wife's old DX never ate a memory card.

you should try a Droid incredible subforum, you will get better help

That is weird I got this thru the incredible side. But its ok it was a bad update. Thanks
