phone real buggy

My s4 (stock) is starting to get real buggy, multple app crashes, sluggish performance. The dial screen sometimes wont respond. Ive unistalled anything I dont use. Run antivirus with no infections. Is there anyway to troubleshoot this, and if not, whats the best way to fix this? I do use clean master and have 64gb sd card.

What happens if you remove the SD card and reboot the phone?

You may wish to tone down the clearing of the app caches.
