Phone number don't activate.

I bought a Motorola phone off a friend and the number that is saved in the settings for this phone is 000-000-5340. Ive got the ESN number and MEID numbers but its just not activating for me. PLEASE HELP!

Have you contacted a VZW customer service rep or gone into a VZW store for assistance?

Unfortunately Trip, the advice given you is the only advice we are going to be able to offer...Verizon should easily be able to clear this up for you
