Phone noises

My phone makes a weird noise right after I hit the call button.... I read a post about going to settings, then sounds and making sure call connect is off, but I don't have anything like that in my settings... Any help? It's freaking annoying already!!!

Welcome to the Forum. What model phone do you have. Not all Android phones have the same settings in the same location within the Settings menus.
