Why won't my contacts on my phone sync to my gmail account? I had to do a factory reset last night and have no contacts now because they had not been saved to Gmail. I'm taking my old phone back to verizon today to have them put the contacts back on my new phone (like they did when I bought it, just under a month ago). Is this a flaw with HTC, should I get a Motorola before my 30 days are up next week? Or is this a known issue that someone here knows how to fix? I just want my contacts backed up to Gmail so they will sync back to the phone in case of hardware malfunction.
