phone connected to computer for soundboard?

is there a way to connect the droid (incredible) to your computer, and have the sounds coming from the computer act as your voice? Does that make sense? To me, it seems like something that could be easily done, but I have no clue how to?

Wire it to the mic/headphone jack. That's easy enough. It gets trickier if you want to talk and use the computer as a source though.

With the same kind of jack you use to hook up an ipod to a stereo? I tried but when I called another phone and played a clip I couldn't hear it? what ak I doing wrong?

Why not simply hold your Droid close to the computer speakers? What are you trying to accomplish?
