Outlook wireless sync

What is the best way to do a wireless sync to Outlook for the Droid X?

Not sure I understand the question. I have Outlook 2007 and added it as a corp account - I use push and fetch every 15 minutes and it works pretty well. To add the account, you need a few pieces of info, other than you email address and password, but it sets up pretty easily.

please have patience with this Droid newbie. What exactly is an exchange? I am running this for my small business which consists of a domain name, email address, laptop and Droid X. Can you recomend providers for an exchange service?
