What are some of the applications you noticed right away that needed to be removed/added? Picking up my RAZR on black friday and want to get rid of the junk and put in the helpful goodies right away :biggrin:

I can't recall specific names of uninstalled apps but it was every game that was pre-installed. I hid nearly all the Verizon apps, and a few others that I knew I wouldn't use:

- Browser (I use Dolphin HD)

- Flash Player Setup
- Guided Tours
- Help center
- Latitude
- Mobile Hotspot
- Moto Actv
- NFL Mobile
- Quick Office (Have the pro verson)
- Sim Toolkit (not sure what this does)
- Slacker (use Pandora)
- Talk
- V Cast Tones
- VZ Navigator
