Store reps I would agree. Phone reps tend to know what they are talking about though.

I haven't seen the date for a Thunderbolt update, but all OTA updates are done in rolling stages. This means it might come out on a Monday but you may not see it for 2 weeks depending on where you sit in the update list.

Lol.....eh not a big deal to me....but was just curious...because when i check for updates the phone it is checking and then the screen just disapears w nothing
