Original Browser

I downloaded the Dolphin browser and I don't like it. The original browser automatically adjusted the web page to the window and this does not without shrinking the font so I can't read it.

I have trashed the Dolphin app icon but it still is the default browser. How do I get the original browser back?

when you uninstall Dolphin, your settings should return to "normal". Doesn't sound like you've uninstalled it, or the uninstall failed.

if you've uninstalled it and it's still launching Dolphin, the uninstall failed.

check to see if you can uninstall it or reinstall it and try again.

You should also be able to go into Menu/Settings and clear defaults from Dolphin. I don't remember the exact steps, I don't have Dolphin installed ATM. There should be several posts about doing this for other programs in the archives.

Yea it sounds like you just deleted the icon and didn't uninstall it.

Go to Settings/Applications/Manage applications and uninstall it.
