Ok, what did I do?

Phone is rooted, have been installing ROMs and update.zips using SPRecovery. The other day I installed Clockwork Mod just to see what it was all about it. I didn't like it and uninstalled it. Now I can't boot into SPRecovery anymore (power button and hold down X) it just sits at the M screen until I do a battery pull and then it restarts fine. Please help as I'm very familiar with the SPRecovery method of doing things, never used Clockwork Mod.

You have to reflash sprecovery as clockwork overwrites it.

I just figured that out, I should have read a little longer before sort of panicking. I have it back, thanks.
