How about we start an official database for all benchmarking we can do on the Fascinate? Here is every free benching app I could find. My phone is stock 2.1 for now. After FroYo I plan on overclocking the piss outta this beast!

*SunSpider JavaScript Benchmark 0.9.1 - Best Score = 12300.1ms +/-2% (Best browser I benched was Dolphin HD, believe it or not. I benched it along with Skyfire Beta(close behind at 13983.5ms+/-6.6%), the newest FireFox Beta(way slower score over 26600ms), Opera Mobile(not too far off at 14050.0ms +/-4.6%), and NetFront Life(dismal at over 36000ms). And at least on my machine, today, with my Un-rooted stock 2.1, Dolphin HD has the fastest java based score among them all in SunSpider.)

You may notice, I am staying away from BMs from a certain dev since my opinion is that they are mostly useless.

Mods, can we make this a sticky and maybe we can copy it to some other subforums here so that there can be a master database of benchies for all of God's little Androids.

Updated with SunSpider scores. Which really are more-so showing the performance difference between browsers than really showing off the phone, I think.

I was happy to find that my current favorite browser, Dolphin HD is in fact the quickest running browser on my phone. I'm certain on other hardware, results could vary.

Quadrant Scores

I noticed this thread is old but I am new here and have an interest in what a STOCK Fascinate will benchmark at with Quadrant, I have the advanced version so it breaks down the results by category.

My Stock Verizon Fascinate:

CPU: 777
MEMORY: 1879
I/O: 609
2D GRAPHICS: 312
3D GRAPHICS: 922
TOTAL: 900

I am curious what kind of results the 2.2 update would yield IF it ever becomes a reality. I have seen some incredible numbers listed after rooting & lag fix, I noticed that the only significant difference seems to take place in the I/O score, the other scores do not seem to be afffected as much.

Well kids, got some good news for a change. I am the first person in Memphis with the new Atrix 4g!

Will post benches soon to compare, but right outta the box it is stupid fast.

Actually I guess it would be more accurate to say I am the first person in Memphis to purchase an Atrix 4g from one of the 3 Best Buys in the city.
