Notification Sounds Help

Hey I am a Moto Droid owner Droid 1 and X and I am used to the Moto funtions. I bought my mom an incredible and can't seem to figure out how to save something from a sound board to use as a notificaiton like email, text and talk

It depends on the sound board. The sound board's author has to have put an option in to set the sounds. Unless there is another way that's all I know of.
